We extend our special thanks to all CCJP members who participated in this first budget tracking and expenditure monitoring study done by CCJP. Being a pilot year, a lot of obstacles were met on the way and a number of lessons were learnt. Our special thanks also go to the diocesan coordinators in Chipata, Mongu, Monze, Ndola and Solwezi who facilitated and encouraged the monitors to do their work.
